Guest Policies:
It's your home for your stay, but it is our home too. Be respectful of other guests and the space. Treat it like it is your home. You are responsible for the state of your room.

Guests only please. The B&B is a space for YOU. Want to spend time with more friends? There are plenty of great gathering places. Ask us where our favorites are located.

The pond is for the ducks. Head down to the lake at the State Park if you want to swim, just not in our pond.
​
Fire ring hours are from 10 AM to 10 PM. Please burn only the wood provided and use at your own risk.
​
We like to party too, but remember you are in a neighborhood home. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. You don't want to wake us up :)

Sorry, no pets allowed.

Smoking is only permitted on the back deck, that's why we have the ash tray. No Butts about it.

Any one not abiding by the House Rules is not a welcome guest.
Reservation Policies:
Pricing does not include tax.

The total price of the reservation is due at booking.
​
Check-in is 3 PM or later. We do self check-ins.
​
Check-out is at 11 AM or earlier.
​
We have to change plans sometimes too. Any reservation cancelled up to two weeks prior to check-in is subject to a cancellation charge equal to 20% of the total reservation price.
​
Cancellations made during the two weeks prior to check-in are subject to a cancellation charge equal to one night's stay.
